New orders sort themselves into sheets.

Each paid order drops into your Print Queue next to your event and store orders, and fills up to 10 sheets per print. No exports and no downloads.

Pick your paper and sheet count, then hit Print.

Does Vixie work with my Shopify theme?+
Vixie adds itself through an app embed that you switch on in your theme editor. If the photo button lands in the wrong spot, you can place it exactly where you want it. Email support@vixie.app and we'll help.
Do customers leave my store to upload photos?+
No. The Magnet Customizer opens right on your product page, and checkout stays in Shopify.
What do I get for each order?+
A high-resolution, print-ready file for every magnet, cropped the way the customer set it. The order lands in your Vixie Print Queue, where you print a full sheet at a time.
Does Vixie handle payments or take a cut?+
No. Customers pay through your normal Shopify checkout, and Vixie never takes a cut of your sales. You pay a flat monthly or yearly plan through Shopify.
Which products can I sell?+
Photo magnets in square and rectangle sizes, puzzle magnets in any grid that fits your paper, round magnets and pin buttons, and graphic magnets with pre-made designs.
Is there an order limit?+
Launch covers up to 200 Vixie orders a month. Growth has no monthly cap and adds QR ordering at events.
Can I use my own printer and press?+
Yes. Vixie makes print-ready sheets for any standard photo or sticker printer, with size presets for Titan, MPRO, and TECRE presses.
What happens if I uninstall?+
Uninstalling cancels your plan. Vixie deletes or anonymises your customers' personal data within 30 days, in line with Shopify's rules.
