Vixie ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Vectai Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform and services, including our web application, public Print Studio, and integrations with third-party services.

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Business information: business name, event details, product configurations, and pricing you provide during setup.
  • Customer order data: photos uploaded by your customers, order details, and optional contact information (name, email, phone) collected during the ordering process.
  • Payment information: we do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square) subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Third-party integrations: when you connect Shopify or payment providers, we receive authentication tokens and basic profile data necessary to provide our services.
  • Usage data: information about how you interact with our application, including pages visited and features used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process and manage photo magnet orders, including print queue management.
  • Facilitate payments through connected payment providers.
  • Sync order status with connected platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Send notifications related to your account and orders.
  • Respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
  • Service providers that help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting via Cloudflare, file storage via Cloudflare R2, email delivery via Resend).
  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square) to process transactions you initiate.
  • Third-party platforms you have explicitly connected (e.g., Shopify) to sync orders and fulfillment.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.

5. Photo Data

Photos uploaded through our platform (via QR code ordering or Shopify personalization) are stored securely using Cloudflare R2. Photos are used solely to create photo magnet orders and print sheets. We do not use uploaded photos for training, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your order. Photos from the public Print Studio are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

6. Data Security

We use encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, secure token storage for third-party integrations, and access controls. Our application is deployed on infrastructure with built-in DDoS protection and edge security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Customer photos associated with completed orders are retained for the duration of your account unless you delete them individually. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Our application uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. The public Print Studio uses browser local storage to save your preferences (paper size, magnet size settings, edge text). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

9. Your Rights
