1. Add the product

Your diameters, your Pack tiers.

Products → New → Round Magnets. Pick the round sizes you stock (the app lists them under Circle), set your Pack tiers and prices, and save. Teal numbers below match the badges on the screenshot.

Magnet sizes

Set it to: Pick the diameters you stock. One product can offer up to five, anywhere from 7/8" to 6", and customers pick the size they want when they order.
Worth knowing: Each size keeps its own Edit Measurements, so a 2" and a 3" on the same product both print right. Want a different price for each size? Turn on Price each magnet size separately. Every diameter, in inches and mm, is in the sizes guide.

Packs

Set it to: Each Pack is a sellable tier: Single, 3-Pack, 6-Pack, 9-Pack. Set the count on the left and the price on the right.
Worth knowing: The price you set is what the customer pays for the whole Pack, not per magnet. A 6-Pack at CA$32 sells as one $32 order with six photos, not six $32 orders.

Add

Set it to: Tap + Add to drop in another Pack tier. A 12-Pack for keychain orders, a 4-Pack to match your most-asked-for set, whatever fits your booth.
Worth knowing: Tiers you add show up at checkout the same way the presets do. Customers see your Packs in the order you list them.

2. Turn it on for an event

Tick the box. Change Pack prices if you want.

When you create a new event, every product has a checkbox and a Packs row. Open Packs to bump or drop prices for this event without touching your saved product.

Open Packs on Round Magnets to change prices for this event only. Your saved product keeps the prices you set up.

Run a market discount on the 6-Pack, push the 9-Pack at a wedding fair, or skip Singles altogether for one event. None of it touches your saved Pack prices.

3. What the customer sees

Pick a Pack, crop it round, pay.

On the customer's phone, the crop frame is round. Whatever sits inside it shows on the magnet face. Anything outside is wrap that folds around the edge.

Drag to position, pinch to zoom. The dashed line shows what wraps around the edge of the magnet: anything outside the round frame.

Round crop, every time. The frame stays round, so customers can't send a square photo by mistake. Subjects end up centred without thinking about it.
Live preview at the right diameter. What they see is sized to the magnet they picked. The dashed ring marks the wrap edge so they know where their photo gets cut off.
Same buttons as your squares. Rotate, Flip, Zoom, and the filter row work exactly the same. You don't have to teach customers a new flow at the booth.
Pet and portrait friendly. Round crops do most of the centring work for headshots, pets, and single subjects. The photo just sits in the frame.

4. Print day

Rounds share sheets with squares.

In Orders, a round order looks like any other: queue number, status, total. The print queue mixes rounds, squares, and rectangles on the same sheet to fit as many as the paper allows.

Each magnet tracked on its own. Queue number, status, and pickup live with the order. Every magnet also has its own thumbnail and saved edits.
Edit Measurements saves per diameter. A 2" cut isn't the same as a 3" cut on the same machine. Each size has its own Photo Size, Edge Width, and Cut Offset. See the size measurements guide.
Mixed sheets are fine. The queue fills each sheet with whatever fits: a round next to a square next to another round. You don't lay anything out by hand.

Which diameter sells best at a market booth?+

2" and 2.5" do most of the work. They're small enough to stack on a fridge and big enough that a face still reads from across the room. 1.5" and 1.75" do well in 6-Packs and 9-Packs, often as keychain or party-favour sets. 3" is your portrait size for pets, headshots, and single-subject photos that need the room. Stock a few? Put them all on one product.

Can round magnets share a print sheet with squares?+

Yes. The print queue mixes rounds, squares, and rectangles onto the same sheet to fit as many as the paper allows. You don't lay anything out. Drop the order in the queue and it packs itself.

Do I need separate Edit Measurements for each diameter?+

Yes, even when they're on the same product. A 2" cut and a 3" cut land in different spots on the same machine, so Edit Measurements saves per size. Run a test sheet for each diameter before your first event. The size measurements guide walks through every field.

Can the customer change diameter mid-order?+

Not after they pay. Before that, they can go back and pick a different size or Pack. The photo stays, and they reframe it inside the new round. Once the order is paid, the Pack and diameter are locked.
