Connect

Connect the account you already use.

Sign in with Stripe or Square, or add your PayPal or SumUp account with its API keys. Every provider works at events and in your online store.

Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your provider offers them.

Discount codes

Run a sale with a discount code.

Take a percentage or a set amount off. Customers type the code at checkout, at your events and in your online store, whichever provider they pay with.

Give a code start and end dates, a usage limit, or a minimum order. You see how often each one gets used.

Keep every sale

Vixie never takes a cut of what you sell.

You pay one flat monthly price. Customer payments go straight to your own Stripe, PayPal, Square, or SumUp account. On Shopify or Wix, they go through your store's own checkout like any other order. Your provider charges its normal fees. Vixie adds nothing on top.

Payments, answered.

Does Vixie take a percentage of my sales?+
No. Vixie takes 0%. You pay one flat monthly price, and your payment provider charges its normal fees.
Which payment providers can I use?+
Stripe, PayPal, Square, and SumUp, at events and in your online store. Shopify and Wix orders use your Shopify or Wix checkout.
Can I take cash?+
Yes. Set the event to Online or Cash, or Cash Only. Mark an order paid and it joins the queue.
How do host-paid events work?+
Set the event to Prepaid and guests order without paying. You can limit how many magnets each guest gets and let them buy extras.
Can I offer discount codes?+
Yes. Add a code in Settings for a percentage or a set amount off. Customers type it at checkout, at your events and in your online store. Cash orders don't take codes, and Shopify and Wix orders use your Shopify or Wix discounts.
Do customers get Apple Pay and Google Pay?+
When your provider offers them. Stripe, Square, and SumUp all show wallet options at checkout for eligible customers.
Which plans include payments?+
Booth, Store, and Growth. On Launch, your Shopify or Wix checkout handles payment.
