Questions

Do I need a website already?+
No. Your store lives at yourbrand.vixie.shop from day one. You can connect your own domain later.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on the Store plan. Tell us the domain you want and we'll connect it for you.
How do customers pay?+
By card through your own Stripe, PayPal, Square, or SumUp account. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up too when your provider offers them. The money goes straight to you.
Can I ship orders, or only offer pickup?+
Either, or both. You can also set a free-shipping threshold, so customers add one more pack to get free delivery.
Is there a fee on each sale?+
No. Vixie takes 0% of your sales. You pay the flat Store price, and your payment provider charges its normal processing fee.
Should I use this, Shopify, or Wix?+
If you already run a Shopify or Wix store, add Vixie to it. If you don't, a Vixie store gets you selling online with events included, and no second platform to pay for.
I have a Squarespace site. Can I still use this?+
Yes. Link to your Vixie store from your site's menu, and orders print from your queue.
