Do customers need to download an app?+
No. The Magnet Customizer runs in their phone's browser. There's no app and no account.
Which photos can customers upload?+
JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC photos up to 25 MB, straight from their camera roll. Packs fill each slot in order.
How do customers know what wraps around the edge?+
A dashed line on the photo shows where the magnet edge sits. Everything outside it wraps around the side.
Can customers remove the background?+
Yes, on photo magnets. It runs on the customer's phone and adds an optional sticker outline. A few older phones can't run it.
Can I add my own frames?+
Yes. Upload frames and backgrounds to a product and customers can pick them in the Magnet Customizer. Puzzle Magnets use crop and filter only.
Which puzzle grids can customers pick?+
2×3, 3×3, and 3×4 are ready to go, and you can add any grid that fits your magnet size.
