Photo magnet and button sizes.

Every size you can sell in Vixie, in inches and mm. Check your die against the list, see which press presets fill in the measurements for you, and put up to five sizes on one product.

Rounds

Round magnets and pin buttons.

Button dies are usually sold in mm, so both are listed. The same sizes cover keychains, bottle openers, and pocket mirrors made on a button press.

Squares

Square photo magnets.

2.5" × 2.5" is where most vendors start. Every press with a preset in Vixie covers the 2", 2.5", and 3" squares.

Press presets

Pick your press and the measurements fill in.

In Edit Measurements, pick Titan, MPRO, TECRE, or Chinese specs. Vixie fills in the Photo Size, Edge Width, and offsets for that press. Your press isn't listed, or the numbers are a little off? Type in your own and save.

Every machine cuts a little differently, even two of the same model. Run one test sheet per size before your first event. The size measurements guide shows what to change when the cut lands off.

Frequently asked

Size questions, answered.

How many sizes can one product have?+
Up to five, and you can mix shapes. Put a 2.5" square, a 2" × 3" rectangle, and a 2.25" round on the same product and customers pick the one they want. Each size keeps its own Edit Measurements.
My die is sold in mm. Which size do I pick?+
Pick the closest size in the table, then run a test sheet. Dies sold in mm don't always match the inch size exactly. A 58 mm die is close to 2.25" (57 mm), for example. Edit Measurements takes care of the difference, and the size measurements guide walks through every field.
What if my size isn't on the list?+
Add it yourself. In Print Studio, tap + next to Magnet Size, pick the shape, and type the size in inches or mm. It saves to your account and prints like any other size. Custom sizes print from Print Studio only. You can't sell them as a product yet.
Which size should I start with?+
Most vendors start with a 2.5" × 2.5" square. It's the size every new product starts on. For rounds, 2" and 2.5" do most of the work at a market booth. The round magnets guide covers which round sells where.
Can Puzzle Magnets use any size?+
Puzzle Magnets use the square and rectangle sizes. Rounds don't work as puzzle pieces. Grids start at 2×2, and each one has to fit on your paper.
